Who are we? We are Internal Revenue Service (IRS) enrolled agents; we are former IRS revenue officers; we are certified public accountants (CPAs); we are Tax Relief Advisers and we are here to help you.

We know better than anyone the phrase “IRS Revenue Officer” comes with a scary connotation, but we’re on your side to take the heat off. In short, we communicate with the IRS so you don’t have to. We save you time, money, frustration, and stress and with a track record like ours — we started in 2005 and have zero unresolved complaints — you can’t ask for a better tax settlement partner.

What We Do For You

We are here to take the pressure off of you and come up with a plan to correct your tax problems.

We will:

Our senior case manager is well-versed in IRS code and case analysis techniques that enable him to provide tax settlement strategies that are customized to your situation.

About Our Senior Case Manager

Our Senior Case Manager Lance Herndon, J.D., EA, CMA., spent over 25 years in law, finance, tax resolution and regulatory compliance. He is a former attorney and an IRS enrolled agent and worked with the US Treasury Department program in the Great Recession to help homeowners keep their homes.

He holds a J.D. (Law) degree from the University of Montana, a B.A. degree in Business Administration (with honors), and a Certified Managerial Accounting Accreditation. He has consulted and mentored businesses and individuals for over 28 years.

Our Tax Settlement Services

We offer boutique-style services. When you call us, you won’t talk to a sales person, you’re talking with the person who will be helping you with your tax issues.

There is nothing more disruptive than collection actions by the IRS. We will stop collection actions and take over all communication with the IRS. You will not have to deal with them again.

Here’s what we do.

IRS Bank Levy and IRS Wage Garnishment Release

bank levy is a legal action that allows the IRS to take funds from your bank account. Your bank freezes funds in your account, and the bank is required to send that money to the IRS to satisfy your debt.

IRS Wage Garnishment happens when the IRS seizes part of your wages: until you make arrangements to pay your overdue taxes, or hire us to negotiate a release.

We create a plan and stop the calls; it’s that simple.

Offer in Compromise

An Offer in Compromise (OIC) is an agreement between you and the IRS to settle your debt for less than what you owe. If the IRS realizes they will not be able to collect the debt before the debt expires, a successful OIC is likely.

A successful OIC agreement requires experienced analysis. Navigating the IRS process can be complex. There are different types of OIC for different circumstances. Let us find the best one for you.

IRS Installment Agreement

There are many types of Installment Agreements. Some allow you to pay much less than you owe. Structuring these correctly can save you money. Installment agreements come in numerous forms:

  1. Partial Pay Installment Agreement
  2. Streamlined Installment Agreement
  3. In-Business Trust Fund Agreement
  4. Long-Term Installment Agreement
  5. Installment Agreements on Specified Balance Due Accounts

Innocent Spouse Relief

If your spouse is in trouble with the IRS you may be eligible for innocent spouse relief. You can qualify for innocent spouse relief if:

  1. You had no reason to know about the tax debt
  2. You can show, given the circumstances and details, it would be unfair to expect you to pay the debt
  3. Your request is within two years of IRS collection efforts

Tax Preparation

We prepare business and personal taxes. We also review and/or amend tax returns when needed.

Payroll Tax Debt-Trust Fund Recovery Penalty

It is possible to reduce payroll tax debt through the trust fund process. Payroll taxes are complex but there are solutions and methods to reduce or eliminate them. Failure to pay Payroll Taxes opens yourself up to civil and criminal penalties. You don’t want novice advice.

Penalty Abatement

Penalty abatement can be requested to remove penalties imposed by the IRS. Penalties can be severe but can often be avoided or removed.
